From a usability standpoint, the Onwards platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even when managing complex severance events. The interface is thoughtfully designed, making it straightforward to move between workflows, review employee data, and involve multiple stakeholders without feeling overwhelmed. Onwards HR helps us solve the challenge of managing complex, high‑risk severance and offboarding processes that were previously manual, fragmented, and difficult to coordinate across teams. The platform provides structure, visibility, and governance around severance events, allowing HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Workforce teams to work from a single source of truth.

It supports timely and accurate execution in areas where precision matters most—such as payroll coordination, leave status management, document generation, and severance package calculations—reducing risk and minimizing downstream impacts.
