"Ontraport Makes Building Pages and Sequences Easy for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about Ontraport?

Ease of building pages and sequences. I've used other automation and CRM softwares in the past that are almost impossible to work without formal training. Ontraport is much more user-friendly for the small business owner or anyone who has used a CRM or simple email responder in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ontraport?

Not as easy to integrate as other softwares out there without using paid plugins and when connections are broken it's not as easy to reconnect - in my experience. I also don't like that it does not connect with Square, as one of the premier merchant services this is a detriment if one wants to build sales pages and connect with Square. Stripe is an inferior merchant service in my opinion and to only connect with them or Paypal has cause issues in deployment with some of my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ontraport solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the simple CRM and landing pages that I can publish within minutes for sales pages or one-off sales items and easily add automation instead of it being a 6 week build as I had to do in the past. The CRM part has a great dashboard, I do think for small business it is a great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On integrations, while Square isn't a native payment gateway in Ontraport, it can be connected through Zapier. We'll also share your feedback with our product team.
