What do you like best about Ontra?

I really like that we have a dedicated attorney and a customer success team with Ontra; they're very professional and responsive. This support makes it easy for us when we are ready to procure their services on a deal—typically, all we need is one call to get started. That's a big help when the deal team is juggling many other deliverables, as it really streamlines the process. Also, I found the initial setup of Ontra to be very easy. What do you dislike about Ontra?

The NDA process with Ontra still requires many emails to pass back and forth and can clog up the inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?
