I love how Ontop handles my payroll and the ease with which I can transfer part of my money to my account. I use Ontop's international credit card a lot and I like that it's linked with Google Pay, which makes my transactions easier. Additionally, the Reserve cashback program is a great benefit, especially because in Ecuador it allows me to avoid paying VAT on services like Uber. I have had cases where I need more support from Ontop in some situations, such as managing cancellations or obtaining accurate information. For example, once I made a payment that Uber did not refund, and between Ontop and Uber, they passed the responsibility. I would have preferred Ontop to help better with that. I also have concerns about what would happen in case of fraud, whether Ontop would support me in erroneous or unreversed transactions. These are points I think can be improved.
