I like that I can have a physical card that does not generate extra handling costs and allows me to make purchases very easily and comfortably in Colombia at physical points and internationally through digital platforms with the verification code.

Additionally, the ease and speed with which I can transfer money to my own bank account with low rates.

The platform is easy to manage, intuitive, and has relevant information about my products and the services I can link to make payments from there to different providers, integrating the services very well.

The least useful aspect of the app is that in Colombia there are many services that still cannot be linked, and it would be very useful if more service companies like EPM could join.

It is also slow to register third-party accounts, and the money takes time to arrive, which makes it difficult to use the platform for agile transactions with other people who do not belong to Ontop.
