What do you like best about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

I've been using OnTheClock at work since July 1st, and overall it's been a solid time-tracking tool. The biggest strength is accurate timekeeping, clock-in/clock-out times are logged reliably and I haven't had issues with hours being recorded incorrectly, which makes payroll straightforward. The interface itself is simple enough that clocking in and out doesn't require any thought, which is really all I need day-to-day from a tool like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The main pain point has been location accuracy, the app doesn't always pinpoint my location correctly, though this might be more of a regional GPS/network issue since I'm using it from Nigeria rather than a flaw in the app itself. The other annoyance is session handling across devices: if I log in on my phone and then use my computer for a few days, it eventually logs me out on the phone and asks me to re-authenticate, which gets repetitive when switching between devices regularly. What problems is OnTheClock Employee Time Clock solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnTheClock solves the problem of manually tracking work hours and having to trust rough estimates for payroll. Since I started using it on July 1st, my clock-in/clock-out times have been logged accurately and consistently, so there's no ambiguity or back-and-forth about hours worked when it comes to payroll.
