I like best the fact tool acts as a platform so we can as a team align our planned goals. We use this tool on weekly basis by following the task, but on the monthly basis we share where do we stand against the yearly plan. The main purpose of the tool is not to lose sight of goals. We even have specialist from the onStrategy company who is leading this initiative. I find it very important since it is not natural to maintain long and mid-term focus. With specialist and the tool, we have our execution right on the target even if we miss one or two KPIs. We see broader picture which makes us stronger and well balanced.
