New portal UI/capability is beautiful. Easy to use, customer facing portal is game changing. I also love the quick visibility into where every project is at, which need my attention, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would love further/deeper integration with HubSpot. The ability to pull from our HubSpot Knowledge Base so that the AI agent can answer product questions would be fantastic. I also do not like that every internal team member receives an email every time an internal note is posted. I would only want to be notified if I was tagged in that note.
