I like the customization and simplicity of OnRamp. It’s easy to navigate, and I like the clean design and look and feel. It gives our clients clear visibility into where their onboarding stands and helps us manage projects day to day, connect and communicate in one place, and stay in sync. The custom-branded client portal is a huge win: our clients can see their tasks and progress, access resources, and use a portal whose colors and design we can customize. I also like that clients can communicate with us through comments. The conditional modules let us add or take away modules that are relevant to each client’s onboarding, instead of feeling stuck inside a box or filling the playbook with things they don’t need. OnRamp helps our clients and employees feel empowered to manage their day-to-day work easily. Some of the due dates functionality are a little bit tough for us right now. I can’t automatically adjust due dates based on a prior due date, which is a big pain point, and some task statuses are a little vague.
