What do you like best about onPhase?

There is a history of transactions. This identifies who did what and when. There is a notes section that provides a space for the why. It is user friendly . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about onPhase?

Credit Memos / NON-PO invoices cannot reference or be associated with a PO for later look-up. It would be nice to have a reference # that would link or list associated transactions / invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Matching invoice to Purchase Order and receipts information. This makes processing invoices and approvals of invoices easy. Storage / record of invoices - they are attached to the invoice entry and are retrievable at any time. It also provides status of all / any invoices on the same screen.
