What do you like best about OnPay?

We were transitioning from in-house systems for payroll, onboarding and document tracking with an external accountant for filing required tax forms to OnPay. The transition team was awesome for getting our legacy data into the system and employees set up with past payroll for the year as well as employee garnishments. Our mock payroll run matched our self-run payroll with a few minor exceptions with Montana State Withholding (an error in our original payroll processing). Very smooth and efficient process. OnPay staff were just an email or phone call away during the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

I have yet to encounter a major dislike of this platform. The interface to upload a formatted CSV could be a little cleaner, but it does work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized payroll processing that handled every aspect of payroll tax filings and garnishments was vital. The ability to upload employee hours from our in-house time reporting system was a bonus. Onboarding of new employees can be automated, saving hours of processing time by staff.

The biggest benefit is of course the reduced cost of payroll and tax filings. We are a small non-profit; cost savings are important. We are saving hundreds a month with OnPay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
