What do you like best about OnPay?

I like that OnPay is simple, quick, and easy to use for my small business. It has all the necessary features, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming or overproduced just to justify a high price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPay?

I honestly don’t have any dislikes. Over the years, I’ve used multiple payroll services, and the price creep, the constant push for add-on HR, Workers’ comp, or retirement services was enough to turn me away. OnPay offers those options too, but it doesn’t feel like they’re always being pushed on me. And the price has stayed the same for a long time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides me with a simple platform to enter hours for multiple employees, and it handles all the withholding, reporting, and direct deposits. It also calculates and tracks PTO, along with all the other services you’d expect from a big-time payroll company.
