What do you like best about Ongage?

I like Ongage for campaign management, as it provides faster turnaround for sending custom emails to a large number of people. I appreciate Ongage's great customer support and product features, particularly the extensive analytics and automation. The analytics help by providing metrics of the campaign and assist in designing future communications with clients. The automation is valuable as it helps avoid manual work.
