The updates and new features are so good that, when they’re released, you can really see how the system keeps getting better. That said, there are certain changes we’ve requested that have taken months, with still no progress. I understand there’s a huge client base, but at times it feels like the turnaround on these requests could be improved. For example, PDF titles are something that continually comes up from our clients, and an overview dashboard is another area we’d really like to see addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
