Aside from the team always being accessible and keen to help, I really like the flexibility OneTimePIM offers in allowing users to make individual changes and tailor features to their needs. There seem to be a few bugs in the software. I’ve noticed some features don’t work consistently, things like “select all” not always responding, or the number of products under a user changing when you click in and out. They’re small issues, but they add up and can make the system feel a bit unreliable at times, which makes it harder to fully trust when working in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
