As a client timely delivery is very important and they make sure that they provide solutions on time for all of the customer's queries. Their solutions are designed in a way that they are customised to each and every client which is to say they take each client's problem separately and provide solution that is unique to each and every client. Another thing that I really appreciate about Oneshield claims is the customer support that they provide. They make sure that any questions or queries that a customer has regarding the solution or during the entire process with them, they resolve it in a timely manner. The only thing that I feel amiss is the price point of OneShield solutions. It is comparatively costlier than the competitors. It would have been very helpful if there was some kind of lite or basic plan for new clients with minimum services so that small businesses could try it out before they buy the entire package. In that way it would have helped them to know what all features are there and whether this is a right choice for the customer. However compared to the competitors OneShield solutions provide way better customer service experience which makes the premium price tag completely worthwhile. The service that they provide is way better compared to others still if for a little cheaper rate they had given a lite edition for trial it would have seriously helped new customers have a good try of their solution before deciding whether this solution that they are getting is a good fit for them or not.
