What do you like best about OnePlan?

Our end users enjoy using OnePlan for how seamlessly it integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams and MS Project, while still offering a user-friendly project management interface. We also appreciate OnePlan's commitment to innovation through continuous product updates that keep pace with modern management needs. On top of that, the personalized support from dedicated technical account managers stands out, as they tailor solutions to each OnePlan customer’s unique business goals and needs. They also offer Sofia, their AI chatbot, for assistance, and they recently integrated AI features to streamline project management in one of their latest releases. What do you dislike about OnePlan?

The standard, out-of-the-box features can be quite limited, offering fewer customization options for OnePlan owner administrators. When standard capabilities do not meet current business needs, custom code is required to be done by the technical account manager; however, this custom code frequently introduces glitches and performance issues whenever new updates are released. Additionally, the pricing can be substantial, as licensing costs are quite high for users who require high-level access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing OnePlan, our project managers were working in a less integrated platform with far fewer project management tools. Now they can update projects and statuses in real time directly within the platform. OnePlan also integrates smoothly with many other Microsoft applications our end users were already familiar with, which has made adoption easier.

As a result, it’s much simpler for project managers to track and manage overall project health while sharing live updates with leadership immediately. In the end, this cuts down on administrative time, allowing them to spend less time on paperwork and more time actively managing projects with key stakeholders.
