Some features in OnePlan are not always intuitive, and it can take time to understand how different components work together. New users may need guidance before they can fully benefit from the platform. Additionally, the initial setup took some time because we wanted the platform to support our way of working. Most of the effort was spent on defining processes and data requirements rather than the technical implementation itself. There's also room for improvement in usability overall.
