"Helping The Brun Bear Foundation Stay Organized and Engaged"

5/5

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The clarity and simplicity of the interface. It keeps me focused on the next action, which is invaluable when juggling multiple initiatives. I particularly appreciate how tasks and follow‑ups are front and center, so nothing gets lost. The tagging system also makes it easy to organize contacts across different projects, and the overall workflow feels streamlined rather than overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

While the simplicity and focus are strengths, there are a few limitations that affect our workflow. The inability to create multiple pipelines without upgrading is restrictive for charities like ours, where we need to track different initiatives separately. Integration with web forms could also be smoother—automatic capture and tagging of incoming contacts would save time and reduce manual work. These areas feel like missed opportunities to make the CRM even more effective for small organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnePageCRM is currently resolving the common CRM problems of complexity, missed follow‑ups, and wasted admin time. For The Brun Bear Foundation, this means clearer pipelines, stronger donor/sponsor engagement, and less time lost to manual tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
