As our colocation provider we are highly reliant on their services and they could easily have held us hostage with their pricing and constraints. I was surprised when my rep reached out and offered to relook our pricing and actually cut our costs and helped us lock in the new fees for our next horizon of tech refresh. AS I was considering a new colocation for our disaster recovery site, OneNeck will be at the top of my list for consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneNeck IT Solutions?

What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?

We haven't really had any issues that have gone on unresolved. I would like the option to reduce my footprint without penalty if the opportunity presents itself and don't currently have that option in our agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
