"Onehub is the system that we needed to manage our documents"

What do you like best about Onehub?

Allows tracking of documents, where you can monitor the recipient's time on each page, most searched words in the document and much more. Allows you to configure each document sent in such a way that you can self-destruct it at a certain time, so that they can not use it after reading it. It has a document repository, where we can share documents and files with the rest of the team in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onehub?

We had to take some time to get to know the software in depth, as we did not know all its functions. Although it has a mobile application, I do not feel that it is as intuitive as its web version and with all the tools. The documentation sent to learn the software was poor, although their technical service always helped us with all our doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Onehub:

We recommend 100% this software, because so far we have not had any major problems, it is very easy to use and all companies, with private files and documents, will need to closely control that sensitive information. What problems is Onehub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this software to have more control of all the documents that we send in our company, since the functions of Onehub, allows us to track the documents, know the recipient and many other features that help us to safeguard the documents in the repository with which it counts. Since it is a software that we have needed to control our documentation and confidential files, I think that the investment has been worth it, since we have the confidence and security in the system that our information is completely safe and that the recipient is using it.
