We wanted to optimize our workflow in the lawfirm that I worked at as an IT Engineer, so I was tasked with finding the appropriate CRM which could manage all of our reports, contacts, matters, and bills, etc. So I searched the internet and found ONEDOCX. Their team was accommodating on how to run this software, so they gave us a detailed overview virtually. What do you like best about OneDocx?

Integration was smooth, their customer is very active and understanding, and this CRM is very affordable for new firms trying to make a mark in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDocx?

The downside is that some features that the competition is offering are not there, but when I talked to their team, they told me that they are constantly adding new features every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
