What do you like best about OneDirectory?

I like the ease of use and the great, slick UI of OneDirectory, making it very easy to understand. It doesn't matter whether I'm on a phone or a computer, the simplicity of it means it's easy to deal with, regardless of the interface I'm using. It also reduces the amount of training required because the interface’s slickness makes it easy for people to pick up the tool and just use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDirectory?

OneDirectory is great, but it's only as good as the information that goes into it. The data management by IT needs some consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use OneDirectory to find employees by skill, department, or location. It automatically aggregates information from Active Directory, so we don’t need to manually update it. It provides insights on how to contact and find people, and offers better search and aggregation than our previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
