What do you like best about OneDirectory?

The employee directory makes it incredibly easy to find coworkers and understand how everyone fits across the organization. Search is fast and accurate, profiles stay up to date, and it’s straightforward to view roles, teams, and reporting lines all in one place. It takes the friction out of hunting down people and information, and it makes day-to-day collaboration noticeably smoother. I enjoy using OneDirectory every day. What do you dislike about OneDirectory?

What problems is OneDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneDirectory solves the common problem of not knowing who to contact or where people fit within the organization. Rather than relying on outdated lists or asking around, we can quickly look up coworkers, understand their roles, and view reporting structures all in one place. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes collaboration across teams much easier. It’s also very quick to set up and roll out across the whole company, which makes adoption straightforward.
