What do you like best about OneCrew?

The best part is having everything in one system. We were looking to combine our workflows, and OneCrew does that. The estimating and proposal tools are solid, and we're starting to get the hang of building out our services. The mapping feature has also been surprisingly helpful. For one specific job, the satellite imagery in OneCrew was more up to date than Google Maps, which was a big help for an estimate. It's also great that the support team is always available and they actually listen to our feedback for improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCrew?

I'd love to see more color options for line work on the maps. Most of the colors are too dark and blend into the background, which makes it hard for us and our customers to see the outlined areas clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem OneCrew is solving is getting us out of using multiple different platforms to run the business. Before, things were disconnected between estimating, invoicing, and scheduling. Now, we can build an estimate, send a proposal, and eventually schedule the work all in one place. This is making our workflow much more efficient and connected.
