What do you like best about OneChain - Transport Management System?

As a transport and customs manager my team uses OneChain on daily basis to manage transport operations from Asia to Europe and the USA, and it quickly became an essential tool in our logistics processes. OneChain stands out as a powerful, user-friendly TMS solution that excels in supporting complex logistics. Its shipment tracking tool provides detailed, step-by-step visibility into each shipment, enhancing transparency and accountability across the supply chain. The platform’s ERP integration capabilities allow seamless data exchange—like shipment status, departure and arrival dates, and quantities—between OneChain and systems like Orli Web. Additionally, the "warehouse booking" module has been invaluable for managing scheduling and coordination across multiple warehouse sites. One Chain's customer support was outstanding throughout our implementation and beyond. Their team was highly responsive, agile, and genuinely dedicated to helping us optimize our supply chain If you're looking for a cutting-edge, customer-focused TMS solution, I highly recommend OneChain. What do you dislike about OneChain - Transport Management System?

As of 08/11/2024, some modules in OneChain are still under development. Thus we had to wait for some releases. However, this actually gave us a valuable opportunity to participate in shaping new features. For example, we collaborated on the development of the "supplier portal" module, allowing us to tailor it for better production visibility and supplier engagement. Comparing Offers: OneChain allows us to simultaneously receive quotes from multiple suppliers, helping us optimize transport expenses.

Real-Time Shipment Tracking: Provides visibility into each stage of a shipment.

Warehouse Scheduling and Capacity Management: Optimizes warehouse capacity and aligns staffing with demand.

Enhanced Supplier Collaboration: The supplier interface enables improved communication and visibility for incoming shipments, document sharing, and early initiation of the transport process.
