What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?

I really like the interface and branding of OneAdvanced Performance and Talent. It has a sleek, sharp design, and the layout makes it easy to navigate. It also keeps a clear record of all my previous notes from my 1-1 check-ins with my line manager, which I find really helpful. What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?

I don’t like the excessive security around logins. Even when I select “remember device for 30 days,” it doesn’t seem to work. I still have to use two-factor authentication every time I simply log into my account. Having to wait for the code to arrive by email could cause issues in the future, especially when Outlook is running slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes performance meetings more structured and time-efficient. The interface is fast and responsive, which makes it simple and easy to work with. Time is saved overall and it allows us as employees to fully plan ahead before meetings for formal performance reviews or even general catch-up meetings. Having one centralised platform is nice and helpful for finding previous meeting notes, assessing previous goals and targets, and using historic information to improve overall performance.
