The Feedback feature is a really helpful way to encourage managers to give feedback not only at annual appraisals, but throughout the year as well, so staff are continually supported to develop and improve. The software also prompts managers when they haven’t given feedback recently, which I’ve found very useful. I like that it offers different options for meeting templates and prompts, too. Onboarding was straightforward, and I found the software easy to learn; it’s also simple to manage day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Teams integration for sending meeting invitations can feel clunky, because it isn’t easy to move meetings around the way it is when I send them directly from my own calendar. I also sometimes struggle to clearly differentiate between the different types of goals, such as personal development goals versus performance goals. On top of that, the software makes it hard to manage things when there are lots of different company-wide goals. It would be helpful to have a better way to maintain a “goal library” that I can easily refer back to and draw from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
