What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?

I've been using OneAdvanced Performance and Talent from an end-user perspective, so I can't comment on pricing or ROI. What stands out most is the intuitive and well-designed UI/UX, which makes the platform easy to navigate even for new users.

The guided tour clearly explains the main features and helps users get started quickly without needing much additional support. In my experience, the platform has been responsive and performs well during everyday use.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?

One area that could be improved is navigation and the discoverability of certain features. While the overall UI feels intuitive, some functions can still take a bit of time to locate, especially for new users. It would also help if the platform offered more guidance or contextual help for features that aren’t used as often.
