What do you like best about One Step Software?

I am a start up Sober Living Housing owner; I purchased One Step for the ease of use, tracking ability and accountability it provides to my residents. The app on the phone is also easy to use. The more I use the software the more I am happy I made the choice to purchase One Step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Step Software?

Nothing is wrong at this time. The software is very easy to use. Everything works well. The videos were informative. I'd like to have it integrate to Quickbooks, but I was told that was coming in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Step Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am still in the process of opening; thus there is nothing wrong at this time. More benefit will be seen when my house is accepted by the city and I can take residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
