There are so many bugs or issues with One.com. Firstly it didn't retain the domain's previous nameserver, it automatically changed it to one.com's default nameserver. Secondly, now I'm not able to update the nameserver; they keep asking for more and more documents, which I have already sent many times but yet, nothing has changed. The support team is not helping either, and my live site is down because I can't point it to the correct name server. It's been about a week with no help. Another problem is that when transferring the domain to One.com, I had to pay and they didn't extend expiry date by a year which was promised while transferring the name. So, I feel like it was a case of fraud. It's very, very difficult to use One.com. My domain is still using One.com nameserver, and I'm unable to update it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
