Integration, all in one platform. From OnCustomer, I can respond to customers' messages and comments conveniently and in time. Customers' wait times have been shortened, and customer satisfaction has increases (according to actual feedbacks) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OnCustomer?
The only remaining is that OnCustomer's interface is not 100% user-friendly. It took me some time to get used to all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
