The support around the product and configurations is among the best. Pricing is really interesting, especially for log integration and analysis. OnCrawl connectivity is very easy, and the platform feels really responsive and reactive overall. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** As a BrightEdge user, I’m interested in having cross-platform data from both platforms integrated directly. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest impact OnCrawl has had for us is log monitoring and, more broadly, the technical side. More than once, OnCrawl has helped us uncover technical issues after releases that were affecting SEO. From there, we could clearly document what was happening, asking for fixes, set up alerts, and then track the recovery once the fixes were in place. OnCrawl allows us to efficiently track GoogleBot behaviour and adapt our stategies in real time. Crawl reports are essential combined to logs monitoring to gain a more detailed and in-depth understanding of the website, its structure, its complexity, etc... ### 2. The data cross-referencing with Google Search Console is also very useful. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** The extraction of specific data could be a bit more intuitive, like with the use of XPath for example. I was able to identify some internal link weaknesses on a large eCommerce site fairly quickly and easily and set a strategy for improvement based on the findings. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** The price of more enterprise level / cloud crawlers can be out of reach for some, but that is a downside of any crawler of this size and all similar competitors to OnCrawl. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Technical SEO - greatly helps ease of identifying and then fixing of tech SEO issues on large sites. ### 5. This tool is a perfect blend of 2-3 other tools that I was using prior and had to jump from one to another for various reports. Here, it is in just one console which is awesome. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** It isn't anything that I dislike but I think the UI interface could use a facelift. There is certainly some scope for improvement over there. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** So, I have plenty of websites where I need to keep a tab on what's happening with my site, so a scheduled crawl in OnCrawl delivers timely reports and help me analyze the issues with my site. For instance, I was getting issues with the Robots.txt file which I could only figure from Oncrawl as it caught the error, I verified it with the Robots.txt tester to confirm and it ultimately came to be true. So, usually, you won't go to the tester tool to see if there is an issue. It is just easy to have these issues reported in OnCrawl. ### 6. It helps me surface problems, identify issues, and offer fast solutions, often before the client even knows they have an issue. The crawl over crawl feature is invaluable to me, since it shows very quickly what has changed since the last time the crawl ran. What is the overall crawl ratio, what percentage of pages in structure not crawled, unique pages crawled, bot hits, newly pages crawled pages, and crawl frequency per day. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** I don't like the user interface of the Oncrawl tool. I have to spend much time to know all the reports and how I can get the best out of it applying filters and other settings. This one is a fantastic feature I couldn't find on other SEO Tools. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** The user interface of the tool could be way better. Sometimes I feel lost among different reports. I have to put extra effort into finding the report I recently used. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the Oncrawl tool to identify the pages which are not being crawled by Google Bot i.e. ignored by Google. As I couldn't cancel on my own and was told to reach out, I began with chat. I reached out on chat multiple times with no response. My message would be sent, be marked as seen, a rep would start typing, then my message would be marked as "not seen yet". This happened multiple times over a week. I reached out by email with an email provided in the Oncrawl help docs - cancel@oncrawl.com. I immediately received a failed delivery notice. I forwarded that email to hello@oncrawl with no response. After a few more failed chats, I sent an email to sales@oncrawl. I'm still waiting for a response. Whether the customer is thrilled with the service and wants to increase their subscription or would rather part ways, the Oncrawl team should treat them the same.
