OnCore has helped our institution streamline many processes and serves as a true institutional CTMS. Its well-documented API and database have been especially valuable for facilitating communication and collaboration with our technical teams. As a vendor, Advarra maintains open communication with customers and actively listens to feedback, helping users feel heard and supported. What do you dislike about OnCore CTMS? The platform can be somewhat rigid, with limited opportunities for customization. While this consistency can be beneficial in promoting standardized processes, additional flexibility would be helpful, as each institution has unique workflows and operational needs. Allowing for more configuration options would enable organizations to better align the system with their specific processes while still maintaining overall standardization. OnCore's API and database accessibility enabled us to integrate with our EMR and establish efficient data-sharing processes across various institutional systems, improving interoperability and reducing manual effort. These capabilities have also allowed our institution to independently develop and maintain custom integrations and connections, giving us greater flexibility to support our evolving business and research needs.
