I like Onclusive because it's quite easy to use, simple, and accessible. It has a nice user interface that's something everyone doesn't mind using. It's effective in helping us track and respond to queries from journalists in the UK efficiently, and it manages our workload well by giving oversight of what everyone is working on. It also helps join up information in terms of visibility and allows us to work out responses for multiple queries from journalists on the same topics, which is very helpful for handling press related tasks.
