Many of the tasks are available and ready to use with a click of a button, so starting from scratch is often not necessary beyond documents which are specific to your company. Even those can be added with a wizard that generally provides a straightforward setup that takes minutes, not hours or days.

As with any product that has only been around for a couple of years, some individual prebuilt tasks may have minor issues that aren't identified until they are stress-tested.
