onboard significantly relieves our HR department with pre-made templates and automatic workflows, giving us valuable time in our daily HR tasks. The ability to customize is particularly strong: being able to design the recruiting software in our own corporate design is a huge advantage for our employer branding. Our recruiting thus has a consistently professional appearance with high recognition value. Additionally, the high user-friendliness is convincing: the system is extremely intuitive and self-explanatory. Even new team members work efficiently with it without long training periods.
