I use Onboard by HR Cloud to manage employee onboarding efficiently. It helps our HR team keep track of tasks, responsibilities, and documents all in one place. I like that it reduces a lot of manual work involved in employee onboarding, making it easier for the HR team to collect and save onboarding documents like offer letters, NDAs, contracts, IDs, and passports. Assigning onboarding tasks and tracking everything is easier and more efficient. It's super user-friendly, and I like how the user interface is designed. It's straightforward, easy to understand, and navigate through. The user interface is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find what I need and manage onboarding tasks without much training. It saves time, prevents confusion, and makes the overall process smoother. The initial setup was quite easy, although we needed some support from the HR Cloud support team initially.
