We have been able to move our Board to a more global makeup by providing access to board meeting materials and resources to all members regardless of their location. We are now able to utilize electronic voting and survey without having to use a separate program. As our Board has become more globally diverse we are able to connect our member and provide access to the Board meeting materials and other governance documents through one location.
