What do you like best about Onalytica?

What do you dislike about Onalytica?

The visual component (in terms of charts etc) isn't the flashiest/fanciest compared to other tools, but they're easy to understand a put into slide presentations for a wider audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Onalytica:

Think about how advanced you need your toolkit to be. If you're just getting started at social media monitoring, then I'd recommend this product without hesitation. What problems is Onalytica solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's useful for doing pitches when you work for an agency. It enables you to present findings about a brand/company that the would-be client might not be aware of (especially if they don't really have a social media presence/in-house team).
