It offers all the essential functions without overwhelming the user, achieving perfect balance between functionality and ease of use.

I have nothing negative to say, it offers consistent call quality, allowing participants to join directly from a browser with minimal friction, technical problems are rarely experienced as there is no need to download or install complicated plugins.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use it for our internal team meetings, client follow-ups, and video conferences, as it offers reliable and hassle-free video calls with crystal-clear audio screen sharing. Furthermore, the integration with calendars and workflows is seamless, ensuring that meetings fit naturally into our daily routine.

I also find the interface simple, fast, and more straightforward than other similar apps I’ve used. To be honest, I've had an amazing experience and I have nothing negative to say. It works perfectly according to our needs and I appreciate its good with email marketing tools and calendar applications for event promotion and scheduling.

Honestly, I’m very satisfied with our organization’s performance since we started using this software. We’ve received quite a bit of praise for improving access to customer service, and at the same time it has helped optimize the results in our workflow.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I like the customization of the platform. The ability to add widgets is great, and I find the integrated sales features to be nice.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Their contract negotiations are terrible, and the customer service is lackluster. Everything is an upcharge. The back end is confusing, and we've had presenters refuse to use the platform because it's too hard for them to get into. They delete archives after a short period of time, and anything you want to get from them is always another charge. If you go over your session by just a few minutes, they charge you several hundred dollars. The initial setup was a little complicated. I've been using the platform for four years and still have a heard time finding things.

ON24 enhances client engagement and supports large webinars, addressing attendee limits and boosting interaction.

I like how easy it is to use. I don’t need to install anything, and I can easily access it through the browser without interruptions. So far, the best feature for me is the automatic task list: it identifies the key points and processes discussed in meetings, which makes note-taking quicker and easier. That’s a huge advantage for me.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Overall, my experience has been excellent—fast and smooth. It’s official website software, and the security is quite good, which I really value for my day-to-day work. I haven’t run into any issues or problems so far, and I honestly have nothing negative to say.

It's very useful in meetings and excellent for marketing. It allows me to quickly schedule and join online meetings without the typical back-and-forth. It's simple, fast, fast, and perfect for seamless collaboration.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love how easy it is to use and the overall product quality. The platform has an excellent user interface, and the search function makes it simple to find learning content. Overall, it’s an excellent product with superb video quality. Video calls are straightforward, and messaging is just as easy.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I’d like the option to increase the user limit, and the video customization tools currently feel a bit limited. The library content concept also needs improvement, since the examples provided come across as very basic and not especially helpful.

It has significantly simplified communication and provides valuable opportunities for personal development. It also brings more flexibility to our work culture and makes it easier for everyone to share knowledge. Screen sharing helps keep everything on schedule and addresses the challenge of presenting relevant information clearly when needed.
