**What do you like best about ON24?**

One of the things I really like about ON24 is how they continuously keep improving the platform with frequent updates and new features. I especially like the way they are bringing AI into the experience, along with the refreshed registration banner layouts and overall smoother user experience.

I’ve also noticed that the chat support experience has improved a lot, and even the bot support is quite helpful for quick assistance and guidance.

Overall, ON24 still feels like one of the best webinar platforms in the market because they continue to evolve and make the experience better for users.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

One thing I would still love ON24 to improve is the presenter image sizing on multi-registration pages. Right now, when there are multiple presenters, the images appear quite large and take up a lot of space on the page. If there are more than five or six presenters, users end up having to scroll a lot, which can make the page feel a bit crowded.

It would really help if the presenter images could be slightly smaller or arranged in a more compact way to make the registration page cleaner and easier to navigate. I feel this would be a simple but very impactful improvement for the overall user experience.

On-24 keeps upgrading the tool and adding new features that keep up to the ask and are very useful.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 still offers a strong set of webinar and webcast features, especially for creating polished digital events with interactive elements like polls, Q&A, chat, and audience engagement tools. The platform can support a professional event experience, and the reporting tools remain useful for understanding attendee activity and overall event performance.

I also appreciate that ON24 continues to provide options for managing on-demand content, which is important for extending the value of live webinars after the event ends. When the platform works as expected, it can be a helpful tool for delivering and repurposing webinar content at scale.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

ON24 needs to improve platform reliability and the overall support experience. The biggest issue I’m currently running into is with on-demand webcast uploads. I regularly receive an “import failed” error after uploading or reuploading content, but the error message is not always reliable. Sometimes the import did not actually fail, so I have to wait 15–20 minutes after each upload just to confirm whether it processed correctly.

Most of the time, the upload really has failed, which means I have to restart the process. This creates unnecessary delays and a lot of manual rework, especially when managing multiple webcasts or trying to make content available quickly after a live event.

The help experience also needs significant improvement. The AI-powered Help chatbot is not very helpful, and the knowledge base is difficult to navigate. Some articles appear to be outdated or no longer aligned with the current platform experience, which makes troubleshooting more frustrating.

Overall, ON24 still has useful webinar capabilities, but the user experience has gotten worse. The platform would benefit from more reliable uploads, clearer error messaging, better documentation, and more effective support tools.

ON24 is a comprehensive solution for hosting and managing my webinars, offering features such as interactive engagement tools, analytics, and integrations with other marketing and CRM platforms. ON24 has helped me with such challenges as limited audience reach, lack of interactivity, and difficulty tracking attendee engagement and ROI. I believe ON24 provides a practical webinar experience, enabling greater audience participation and interaction, improved data tracking and analysis, and, ultimately, better outcomes regarding lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Still missing the live chat feature, chat bots are never great.  Also wish we could embed html code into the registration page to play youtube vids automatically.

I use ON24 for webinars and live broadcasts in my company, and one of the things I like is the entire tracking of records. Additionally, ON24 helps us manage live webinars and automated registration emails, subscriber lists, and on-demand events.

They should greatly improve the UI and UX of the webinar builder. The entire interface creation part is terrible. It's difficult because the platform is not intuitive.

I like the customization of the platform. The ability to add widgets is great, and I find the integrated sales features to be nice.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Their contract negotiations are terrible, and the customer service is lackluster. Everything is an upcharge. The back end is confusing, and we've had presenters refuse to use the platform because it's too hard for them to get into. They delete archives after a short period of time, and anything you want to get from them is always another charge. If you go over your session by just a few minutes, they charge you several hundred dollars. The initial setup was a little complicated. I've been using the platform for four years and still have a heard time finding things.

Webinars aren't getting the same engagement from our audience as it used to be. I think during COVID it was a great way to connect but people need something more now.

Our audience problem is UK wide and therefore it wouldn't be feasible to have in-person sessions throughout the country! A virtual webinar is the best option for us to capture a large pool of people - it also allows for easy interaction and questions to be submitted throughout.

I like that ON24 is easy to use. It's very easy to create the webinar and copy it, which is the main reason why I prefer it. I also value the confirmation and registration emails, and I use tools within the console like certificates and reports, which are very comprehensive at the end of each webinar.

I think there are still many things I can't do with the unpaid version, for example, I can't transcribe videos, and it's difficult to download videos because it takes a long time. I would like those two things to be improved.

On24 provides a completely customizable platform to host a variety of events. It offers simplicity in forms of templates, categorization, and built-in analytics. It also offers complexity when you want to get into the nitty gritty of customization. It's been great to utilize the AI tooling to help with a baseline for blogs or articles, on-demand webinar social posts, and key moment videos. Our presenters often times say that it is fairly simple to use, with a good presenter interface. We hold close to 50 virtual events per year - it's definitely enhanced our webinar program, and the ability to have automation with Marketo integration is key! Our account managers have kept good communication with us.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There's little bugs/clunkiness with some of the On24 platform capabilities. Usually nothing that I haven't been able to find a work around for though. Sometimes presenters have a tough time logging in, with occasional issues in screenshare, mic/camera, slide advancement. My computer works fine on all Teams calls, yet when I conduct a webinar I have to be right next to the router (even though when I run a speed test my computer in other areas, my connection is great.) The Virtual Conference platform is outdated when working in the back end and isn't as simple and intuitive as the normal On24 products. The customer support is ok...

On24 helped us automate our webinar process. What was once a mostly manual exporting, formatting, and uploading leads into Marketo, has now turned into an automatic procedure set up on the front end.

The numerous features is has, and its relative flexibility to use some features out of big packages as small add ons, sometimes features in Beta that can be part of current contracts. Very good to get users to trial features. 
The interface is modern and keeps being innovated, plus its high focus on getting AI integrated features is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The price. 
Unfortunately its the most expensive webinar/event tool we have come across and continues to be a barrier to getting more logins and local users onboard (We are a global organisation, where local budgets are considered for expansion). 

Integration with Eloqua was not very advanced, and so we had to build custom integration, which was incredibly unstable due to complete lack of knowledge from the On24 technical integrations team side. 
We are restricted in how much we can adapt to new features to add to the integration because of this and we are unfortunately missing out on being able to take advantage of all the features through the integration. eg. Segmentation.

Allowing professional grade webinars to be given, and available OnDemand for defined periods.

Their billing practices border on unethical. You're auto-subscribed for next year's contract unless you opt-out and your account exec doesn't send any reminders when your subscription will expire. We had to pay 23K for an extra YEAR subscription because a team member left and their emails weren't forwarded. No grace from On24.

This year, we nearly got caught having to pay 10K just to retain our owned files that lived on their platform because we "needed a subscription" to download them, but thankfully I found them elsewhere. Again, no notice of subscription expiring.

So, while I appreciate their technology, no way would I ever recommend On24 because of their poor billing practices.

We have clients in over 100 countries, and their web design has made it easy for us to access them. The on-demand format is ideal after attending a webinar and communications have been planned in advance.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

It offers viewers the opportunity to share their information in a variety of ways. It allows us to communicate with a broad audience on a professional platform to spread our message. I can also conduct surveys and generate attendee reports.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

It's one of the best and fastest tools for organizing corporate webinars. I have nothing negative to say, it helps us schedule and organize webinars, manage registrants and attendees, all from a single platform.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems we faced was the lack of engagement, interaction, and personal connection. If felt like we were inviting people to a podcast with slides. That's where ON24 come in.
