What do you like best about ON24?

ON24 is an essential platform for managing our webinars and virtual events. We regularly use its registration tools, engagement features (polls, Q&A, surveys), and reporting capabilities. Having event management, audience engagement, and analytics in one platform saves significant time and simplifies execution. The detailed engagement reporting helps us identify follow-up opportunities and understand which content resonates most with attendees. An unexpected benefit has been the value of ON24's on-demand experiences, which allow us to extend the life of webinar content and continue generating engagement long after the live event ends. What do you dislike about ON24?

While the platform is robust, some areas of the user interface feel dated compared to newer webinar platforms. What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

ON24 helps us solve several challenges related to webinar management, audience engagement, and event measurement. Before and after each webinar, we need an efficient way to manage registrations, deliver a professional attendee experience, and provide actionable engagement data to our sales teams. ON24 allows us to handle all of these activities within a single platform.

The biggest benefit is the visibility it provides into attendee engagement. Instead of only knowing who attended, we can see how participants interacted with polls, Q&A sessions, surveys, and content throughout the event. This helps our sales teams prioritize follow-up efforts and have more relevant conversations with prospects.

ON24 also helps us maximize the value of our webinar content. By easily offering on-demand experiences, we can continue generating engagement and leads long after a live event has ended.
