On24 has a lot of really great features out of the box that simply aren't offered with other platforms. Being able to restructure the console and really helpful built-in template interactive features for participants. The reporting and analytics for events are top notch. Nothing I specifically dislike, there are a few features I'd like to use personally as an administrator that are add-on products, that may not be in the budget but would be helpful to admins. It's also fully understandable from a technical perspective WHY these are paid add-ons though, as most would require additional support, onboarding, and resources that are 1:1 and take the time of humans to functionally use, so it's not so much a dislike as a "I wish I could have all the features available" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
