What do you like best about Omnitail?

What do you dislike about Omnitail?

I wouldn't say I dislike Omnitail however if there is any downside to outside management vs in-house it would be less understanding of our product set and market specifics vs an in-house equivalent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Omnitail:

From my experience in working with various ad management partners, Omnitail is a great option for Google Ads management. They are honest and are not afraid to tell you what works and what does not. A lot of ad agencies work to pad their attribution by cannibalizing direct traffic or traffic from other channels. I haven't seen this with Omnitail; they seem to have a genuine interest in aligning with what's best for the business. One of the things I like about the model they implement is it's profit-focused rather than ROAS-based, which helps to keep your ad spend sustainable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnitail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omnitail organizes and manages our Google Ads program, setting up and tweaking for optimal performance. The owner, Matt, set us up originally back in 2017-18, and since then, we have had three reps over the years along with appropriate upline contacts. All three reps have done a great job communicating the program's successes and failures. The company as a whole has done a great job working with us in finding ways to win that work for us using Google Ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
