What do you like best about Omnisend?

The ease of integration with Shopify is what stands out most for me. For our ArtbyZulu store, I appreciate being able to manage email and SMS marketing in one place. It makes staying in touch with customers and sharing new artwork more straightforward, without adding unnecessary complexity to running the shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The interface feels a bit busy for my liking. I prefer a cleaner layout that makes the main actions obvious, especially when I just want to get an email or SMS campaign ready for our shop. What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?

For ArtbyZulu, the main thing is keeping in touch with customers beyond their visit to the shop. Having email and SMS connected to Shopify gives us a straightforward way to do that.
