What do you like best about Omnisend?

I appreciate how reliable Omnisend has been since we started using it. The platform rarely has issues and the performance is consistent. The implementation was easy and we did not run into any problems getting our data synced. The interface is clean and straightforward and I can find what I need without clicking through endless menus. The email builder is intuitive and the templates are a great starting point. The automation workflows are also very useful and we have seen good results from the abandoned cart sequence. What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The mobile app could be better. It works but it does not offer all the features that the desktop version does. I also think the analytics could be more comprehensive. Sometimes I want to dig deeper into our campaign performance and the reports do not give me enough detail. These are minor complaints and do not affect my overall opinion of the platform. What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Omnisend is solving for us is the lack of a cohesive marketing strategy. We were sending emails randomly and not seeing great results. Now we have automated workflows and proper segmentation which has improved our engagement significantly. We are also recovering sales from abandoned carts that we would have otherwise lost.
