I really like OmniDimension for several reasons. The voice cloning process is impressive; it's smooth, can be done in less than 15 seconds, and the cloned voices are clear and lifelike. The customer support has been very helpful, which is vital for my work with reseller accounts. The dashboard is user-friendly, making it a plug-and-play solution where everything just works. I'm also pleased with the API services and how they facilitate things like purchasing minutes and handling phone numbers efficiently. The flexible script feature stands out, too, allowing me to train agents realistically by testing and updating scripts, mimicking real interactions. I think OmniDimension could improve on the concurrency aspect. As my organization and the number of customers grow, it would be great if they could offer default concurrencies when customers purchase minutes as the main account. While additional concurrencies can be bought, having a default one would make things easier and more cost-effective, especially for non-tech customers who may not understand all these details.
