Omni is a very friendly-user system. It is a simple and very easy to navigate. The interface is easy to use. I personally like the feature on time-off because of the calendar presentation, wherein you can immediately see the monthly leaves of the employees and likewise the different types of timeoff. Moreover, the profile feature which shows a lot of tabs about the employee - personal info and payroll related. Lastly, as it also contains almost all the data for all regions, it's reliable source for checking and monitoring data without doing the manual way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think our main concern is only the payroll for PH because the attendance and OT are not yet connected to the payroll system. Hence, need to ask for further assistance from the team every payroll processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
