I use Ominiflow primarily for my ERP notification needs related to billing and invoices. One of the standout benefits I've experienced is that after switching to Ominiflow, we're able to send invoices via WhatsApp, ensuring vendors read and respond immediately, addressing the issue of late payments we faced when using email notifications. Another crucial aspect I appreciate is their on-call support. It's been incredibly helpful, especially when we need assistance with API integration, as their tech team offers end-to-end support through Google Meet calls.
