What do you dislike about Ombud?

Ombud was great and sadly we switched to a competitor and its not nearly as user friendly and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ombud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ombud made it easy to upload an RFP and work as a team to complete it. It also acted as a knowledge base for the sales team where we could surface frequently asked questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
